Abstract
Multidimensional scoring as adopted in PICA can be daunting for it requires simultaneous attention to five dimensions of a subject’s response. In this paper, we report the effect of training on trainees’ rating performance of multidimensional scoring on CCAT, a Chinese aphasia test. At the end of an eight-month training course, the trainees did not perform at the expert level but they showed a satisfactory level of inter-rater agreement.
